Vermont Works for Women (VWW) is hiring an exciting new staff position to support the growth of our hands-on training programs. VWW seeks a Senior Program Manager for Career Training and Exploration to manage the development, coordination and delivery of programs for youth and adults. The senior manager will implement strategic vision, make connections across programs and with community partners, manage program resources, and work closely with program managers, coordinators, and the Director of Impact. This position supervises three staff members.
This position would involve a mix of time working in the main office in Winooski, VT, traveling to programs around the state, and teleworking. The position pays $65-68K/year and comes with a robust benefits plan including employee health and dental insurance, 401K, disability and life insurance, and generous paid leave.
