User Guide - Managing Your VBSR Account

Welcome to the VBSR Membership User Guide! This guide will help you navigate your account, update your profile, and utilize your member benefits. If you have any questions please contact Membership & Development Manager, Jeremy Gerber (

Logging in

There are two levels of access to your account – Bundle Coordinator and Bundle Member. Your account’s Bundle Coordinator has higher level access to make changes a Bundle Member cannot. Each section below is labeled to indicate who has the ability to edit.

  1. Access your account: Click "Member Login" in the top right corner of the VBSR website.
  2. Enter Credentials: Use your email address as your username and password provided during registration.
  3. Reset Password: If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password" to reset it. Or send an email to indicating you need a new password.

Managing your Member Directory listing

(Bundle Coordinator only)

The information you enter into your profile is displayed on your Member Directory listing for other members to see. The more robust your profile, the better exposure you organization gets.

  1. Navigate to Profile: Once logged in, click “Member Info” which is displayed at the top right of the VBSR website.
  2. Edit Profile: Click "Edit Profile" displayed as a green button to update your contact information, business details, and how you prefer other VBSR members to connect with you.
  3. Save Changes: After making changes, click "Save" to update your profile.

Make a payment / Renew your membership

(Bundle Coordinator only)

  1. Renewal Notice: You will receive an email notification 30 days before your membership is due for renewal, and again on the due date. Log into your account to see your renewal date.
  2. Make a payment: There are several ways to make a payment to renew your membership for another year. Here are your options:
    • Credit card online – click link in the email notification or “Renew” when logged into your account.
    • Mail a check - PO Box 1274, Burlington, Vermont 05402
    • Quickbooks – You will be emailed a Quickbooks invoice within two weeks of your renewal date with the option to pay through Quickbooks.
    • By phone – contact Finance Manager, Linda Racine at / (802) 870-0868
    • ACH – contact Finance Manager, Linda Racine at / (802) 870-0868

Add users to your account

(Bundle Coordinator only)

Add colleagues to your account to give them access to member benefits.

  1. Navigate to Account: Once logged in, you’ll see “Add Member” in the middle of your screen as a green button.
  2. Add Member: Enter required information and save.
  3. Member login: The new member will receive an email with directions on how to login.

Share open positions, events, and news on VBSR website

(Bundle Coordinator or Bundle Member)

VBSR members can utilize our public pages to share open positions, upcoming events, and exciting values-led news about your organization. Each posting will be reviewed by VBSR staff before publishing.

Ensure you are logged in before continuing. See login instructions above.

  1. Post a job or internship click here
    1. Job or internship listings will be taken down after three months unless we are notified to keep it live. Please email to have a listing taken down.

    1. VBSR makes an effort to post "values-led" news made by members.
      1. If you've hired a new Sustainability Director, that's a fit – a new Sales Manager is not. 
      2. Opened a new distribution center? If it has a solar panel roof we want to hear about it.
      3. Essentially, if your organization accomplished something recently that is part of creating a just, thriving, and transformative economy that works for all people and the planet, let us know!
