Provider Relations Manager, VT Blue Advantage @ Blue Cross Blue Shield

REMOTE WORK: Blue Cross operates in a hybrid workplace where employees within driving distance of our Berlin, VT office work in the office on Wednesdays with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
Provider Relations Manager Responsibilities:
Manage all provider relations activities related to Vermont Blue Advantage, our Medicare Advantage offering
Manage provider relationships and communications
Research and respond to complex provider issues
Provide feedback from providers to departments throughout Blue Cross VT and any joint venture (JV) partners, including vendors
Work with internal departments and joint venture partners to resolve problems and answer questions on behalf of the provider community
Provider Relations Manager Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required
5-7 years of experience in managed care or related field with strong customer service focus required
Knowledge or experience with Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage required
