Direct Support Professional

Provide direct 1:1 supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism and help them reach their goals and be an active member of their community. This is an excellent position for those starting in the human service field or looking to continue this type of work. Both full and part-time positions available.

Compensation is $20-$21 per hour plus mileage and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Benefit package includes 29 paid days off in the first year, a comprehensive health insurance plan with your premium as low as $13 per month, up to $6,000 to go towards medical deductibles and copays, a retirement match, and so much more.
