Customer Support Intern @ Mamava

Responsible for aftermarket service and support as well as managing and triaging inbound user feedback from pods in the field.

Mamava’s Customer Support team is responsible for aftermarket service and support as well as managing and triaging inbound user feedback from pods in the field.

The Service Intern will be supervised by the Manager, Customer Support and will collaborate closely with the entire support team. This is a full-time, paid summer internship. The role is hybrid and will be based in our Burlington, VT office.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate preventative maintenance visits
Review and triage user inbounds
Disseminate quarterly pod usage reports to customers
Service plan renewal administration
Administrative tasks in CRM and ERP as required
Provide support to Manager Customer Support for ad hoc projects
Partner with support team on other projects as needed

Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience in any field
CRM experience desired (ie. Hubspot or Salesforce)
Experience with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy
Enthusiasm, creativity and a desire to learn
Strong administrative skills
