The Clinical Case Manager uses a cross-disciplinary medical and mental health approach to create a comprehensive, whole-person care plan to support members with challenging health care needs and overcome clinical and non-clinical barriers to improvement.

The Case Manager applies the principles and core technology of integrated case management to members across various product lines, benefits, demographics, conditions, and programs while following the standards of practice for case management within the scope of license.
