Technical Writer @ Ivy Computer

As our technical writer you will become familiar with our products, work with our subject matter experts to collect technical information and translate it into easy-to-understand communications for our end users and internal staff. Dogs are welcome in the office, so bring your best canine friend and dig in.

To be successful in this role, you should be:
- self-directed and not afraid to take the initiative to improve existing processes and practices
- good at explaining computer-related or technical information to non-technical people
- a strong proofreader and editor who creates professional-looking documents
- an organized problem solver with a customer service mindset
- Most importantly, you must be able to work and play well with others.

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. While this is primarily an in-office position, we offer some work-from-home flexibility on Fridays, as the needs of the position permit.

Pay starts at $36/hour, depending on experience.
