Ivy Computer is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Our Technical Support Specialists speak directly to our customers. You are the front line, and we appreciate you! You may answer simple questions or give step by step directions on the use of our product. At Ivy, we take our customer support seriously. We go above and beyond for our customers and our teammates. This is a fun job where you will build relationships with your customers. We take great pride in giving the best support, every single time we pick up the phone. Dogs are welcome in the office, so bring your best canine friend and dig in.
Requirements
· Strong customer service skills
· Experience providing tech support preferred
· Experience in networking, troubleshooting windows
· Team player with the ability to work independently
· Most of all, must work and play well with others

Pay starts at $25/hour, depending on experience.
