Job Summary:
Serve as the first point of contact and resource within the Grossman School of Business (GSB) Center for Student Success (CSS). Effectively assist students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and the public, and help foster a positive, inclusive, and accessible environment. Perform office and records management, front-line student support, information dissemination, scheduling, and digital operations. Oversee CSS office supply inventory.

Minimum Qualifications:
Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Strong office management and customer service skills. Demonstrated multicultural competence and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
