Senior Manager for Strategy & Development @ Vermont Works for Women & Serve Learn Earn

Serve Learn Earn (SLE) is a workforce development collaboration among four nonprofits – Vermont Works for Women, Vermont Youth Conservation Corps (VYCC), ReSOURCE, and Audubon Vermont – dedicated to enhancing, and increasing the number of, paid service opportunities in Vermont. Since 2021, SLE has served over 2,000 Vermonters, providing training and service-based experiences in the fields of construction, forestry, conservation, and sustainable agriculture.

Serve Learn Earn seeks a Senior Manager for Strategy & Development to take the collaborative to the next level while building state-wide partnerships and awareness, increasing revenue, and assisting in the development of a 2–3-year roadmap. The Serve Learn Earn Manager will work to convene partners, represent SLE programs and partners through storytelling, advocacy, and networking, and will be responsible for all grant writing and stewardship. The SLE Senior Manager will be an employee of Vermont Works for Women and report to the Serve Learn Earn Executive Committee, consisting of the executive directors from each of the four partner organizations and senior staff members.
