Provide primary advising for undergraduate business students. Serve as primary liaison to Admissions office and coordinate enrollment efforts for the Grossman School of Business (GSB).

Job Summary:
Provide primary advising for undergraduate business students. Serve as primary liaison to Admissions office and coordinate enrollment efforts for the Grossman School of Business (GSB). Collaborate with GSB Center for Student Success (CSS) team members to participate in initiatives that support recruitment, retention, advising, and career outcomes for all business majors and minors.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and two to four years’ related experience. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Experience working with diverse student populations.

Desirable Qualifications:
Background in college student personnel highly desirable. Experience and knowledge of student information systems and advising platforms are highly desirable. Experience with event management, programming, and implementation desirable.
