Waitsfield, VT seeks a team member to assist with project documentation for all phases of design and preparation of contract documents. Project work will include sustainable residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Position requires excellent communication skills, curiosity and resourcefulness, strong work ethic, strong proficiency producing technical drawings with Revit, detailed knowledge of construction documentation and related materials and systems, and a willingness to collaborate. Commitment to and experience with energy efficiency, high performance construction, and sustainability strategies in buildings a plus. Familiarity and experience with regional code and regulatory requirements not required, but favorable. Experience with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite programs required. AutoCAD experience not required, but an asset. Individuals with strong production and documentation experience ranging from entry level (1-3 years) to more seasoned (5-7 years) are encouraged to apply. Salary commensurate with experience. Commitment is for six months with the potential for an extension. Position is full-time and in-person at either our Middlebury or Waitsfield studio.
