Facilitation. Design. Strategy. Sandboxes are low stakes environments to imagine and shape forms, new ideas. But the nature of work is rarely low stakes. Budgets, results, livelihoods—and sometimes lives—are on the line. I believe workplaces, organizations, and innovators need sandboxes: spaces to explore, test, question and learn before the stakes get even higher. Human-centered design creates those conditions.

My work helps teams peel back assumptions, make complexity visible, expand what feels possible, and test ideas. Using what they learn, they can then move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
