The Rhino Foods Foundation accelerates the adoption of innovative workplace practices that create mutual benefit for businesses and their employees. Our mission is to spread innovative workplace practices that champion employee financial stability and make good business sense. Born from the success of Rhino Foods' unconventional employee support initiatives, we were established in 2018 to help other businesses implement proven workplace solutions. Our unique position as an organization with deep business roots enables us to engage with employers as peers, fostering the trust needed to explore workplace challenges and implement meaningful changes.
Drawing on nearly two decades of practical experience, we help employers get to the root causes of their workforce challenges and engage employees in co-creating solutions. This approach stems from Rhino Foods' own journey, where successful workplace practices emerged from addressing business needs through direct dialogue with employees. We combine this approach with hands-on technical assistance, helping employers overcome implementation barriers through our extensive library of guides, tools, case studies, and other resources developed to support successful program adoption.
Our cornerstone program, Income Advance, now adopted by over 100 Vermont employers, demonstrates how supporting employee wellbeing can simultaneously drive positive business outcomes. Our work bridges the gap between business needs and worker engagement through practical, proven solutions.
