The Creative Discourse Group

The Creative Discourse Group (TCDG) works side by side with organizations to navigate complex challenges, build equitable strategies, and empower leaders to share decision-making with the communities they serve. We are a Burlington, Vermont based certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) co-founded by partners Dr. Nadia DuBose and Susan McCormack in 2021. This business partnership represents our own progress in creating a more equitable, inclusive organization. We are a collaborative of experienced Associates who hold a wide range of identities, life experiences and expertise in anti-racism, equity, diversity, inclusion and justice work, community engagement, organizational development, and strategic planning. We foster transformative change through our work with state agencies, school districts, municipalities, and other organizations, engaging both internal and external constituents around a range of important issues.
