Vermont Partnership for Fairness and Diversity

Vermont Partnership for Fairness and Diversity is a division of CRJ Consulting Group, L3C, a Vermont-registered, Brattleboro-based company that works to strengthen inclusive and equitable practices in Northern New England as a means to stimulate economic development. We believe the reduction/elimination of prejudice and discrimination makes for a more desirable destination for all, particularly families, outdoor enthusiasts, tourists, conventioneers, college students, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists of color.

We are a relationship-based consulting service with a twenty-year track record providing expert training and coaching to Northern New England and upstate New York leaders. We currently serve state and municipal government agencies; business and civic organizations; supervisory unions and professional associations; state, county and local law enforcement agencies; and nonprofits and faith communities. Our partners are changing institutional policies and practices to respond more effectively to Vermont’s changing cultural landscape and the broader multicultural marketplace.
