Vermont Works for Women is searching for a resourceful and thoughtful person to join our team as the Justice Services Program Manager. This role will be responsible for our on-site programming and services at Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility (CRCF). The Justice Services Manager will lead programming and oversee the day-to-day operations of VWW’s justice services programming as outlined in our contract with the Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC). The ideal candidate will be able to promote a supportive, accountable, and gender & trauma-informed environment while working directly with justice- involved women in facility. With a mix of program development, implementation, and oversight of deliverables this position is vital in helping justice-involved women apply skills gained in facility to well-paying jobs when reentering the community. The role requires a high level of independence, sound judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex institutional environments, including conflict resolution and competing priorities.
