We're seeking the right Founding Executive Director to build a county-wide organization linking Lamoille youth with caring adult mentors. Bring your leadership, initiative, relevant experience, and a talent for building relationships to launch an exciting new community initiative that will help young people thrive and strengthen our community.

In this role you will work from the ground up with a dynamic board and team of volunteers to recruit and support mentors, build partnerships, raise resources, engage volunteers, and establish a sustainable organization that serves all of Lamoille County. Entrepreneurial/can-do spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for community building are essential.

Residence in or connection to Lamoille County preferred. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
