Job Summary:
Grow relationships with employers and alumni to increase employer engagement and enhance student career opportunities. Implement strategies and programming goals to ensure Grossman School of Business (GSB) students have broad exposure to potential career opportunities within and outside Vermont. Drive initiatives to provide integrated work-based learning opportunities aligned with academic degree plans. Collaborate with the GSB Center for Student Success (CSS) for student work-integrated placements. Coordinate messaging related to work-integrated activities, outcomes, and experiences, and execute marketing and communications activities. Serve as external liaison and outreach for employer relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and two to four years related experience required. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships across organizations. Demonstrated understanding of business field career opportunities. Industry experience is critical. Experience developing early career talent programs and managing employer and organizational relationships. Demonstrated ability to utilize communications and social media platforms, customer relationship management systems, and electronic program assessment surveys and tools. Effective organizational, communication, team collaboration, and people skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated multicultural competence and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

Desirable Qualifications:
Strong preference for business administration, marketing, or communications degrees. Experience designing and executing early talent career programs is strongly preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills.
