As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll be a key member of the team helping individuals build skills, connect with their community, and work toward meaningful personal goals. You’ll play an active role in developing and carrying out individualized service plans designed to increase independence, confidence, and community belonging.

In this role, you’ll implement support strategies, ensure health and safety needs are met, and provide steady mentorship. You’ll represent CCS and the individuals you support in the community with professionalism and respect, helping others see the value of inclusion and the unique strengths of every person you work with. You will also be tasked with providing personal care, support with medical needs and medication administration.
