· Process B2B orders, pre-season commitments, and invoices accurately and on time.
· Provide retailers and reps with product knowledge, merchandising best practices, and brand insights.
· Act as the B2B platform expert: onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for retailers and reps.
· Coordinate returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for dealer accounts.
· Track and share dealer and rep feedback with the sales, operations, and product teams.
· Partner with fulfillment and logistics to resolve escalated issues quickly.
· Bring Bivo’s values to every interaction: responsive, authentic, and solution-oriented.
Sales Operations
· Manage systems and tools that drive sales operations (Shopify, B2B portal, reporting dashboards).
· Coordinate with operations to align purchase orders, inventory flow, and shipping timelines.
· Support global wholesale logistics (EU, UK, Japan) alongside the operations team.
· Build and maintain internal sales reports, performance summaries, and sell-through analyses.
· Track pre-season and in-season performance to inform future forecasts and product allocation.
What You’ll Bring
· Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
· Great communicator who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
· Experience with Shopify, Excel, B2B platforms, or CRM tools is a plus.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and present insights.
