BirdieBlue is on a mission to rescue old ski and snowboard gear from landfills and turn it into joyful, adventure-ready bags, fanny packs, slings, totes, you name it, that make everyday outings feel epic. Since 2022, we’ve saved 14,000+ pieces of gear from the trash and keep dreaming up ways to keep skies blue and trails full of fun. We’re a scrappy, joyful, woman-led crew that believes in creativity, community, and craft and we like our work to feel like a cross-country road trip with friends (minus the traffic jams).

Role Overview
Calling all adventure makers, relationship builders, and people who love to bring a crowd together! As BirdieBlue’s Event Specialist, you’ll be the face of our brand at pop-ups, partner events, markets, races, and community gigs up and down the map. Whether you’re at a big outdoor expo, a local farmers’ market, or a music festival, you’ll help spread the BirdieBlue spirit, sell bags, and build unforgettable moments.

What You’ll Do
-Hit the Road & Make Magic: Get BirdieBlue in front of people! You’ll spend most of your time traveling to events, meeting makers, adventurers, and bag lovers everywhere.
-Plan, Promote & Execute: Work with BirdieBlue’s CEO to plan event calendars, design installations that pop, and throw activations that spark smiles.
-Tell Our Story Loud & Clear: You’ll share the BirdieBlue mission, excite customers about our products, and sell bags with passion and authenticity.
-Build Genuine Connections: Cultivate relationships with retailers, outdoor brands, ambassadors, artists, and local makers, helping BirdieBlue grow its community both in person and online.
-Keep Us Organized: Assist with event logistics, inventory planning (so we never run out of fanny packs!), and ensure each booth looks as playful and polished as our bags.
-Feedback Loop: Share insights after every event so we can keep refining where and how we show up.
