Join Hunger Free Vermont as our new 3SquaresVT Specialist and help connect Vermonters to vital nutrition benefits through education, advocacy, and outreach.

What You’ll Do:

Become a subject matter expert in 3SquaresVT (Vermont’s SNAP program)

Train and support community partners across the state

Develop outreach materials and lead community engagement efforts

Maintain our 3SquaresVT website and support communications projects

Organize and host events like our annual 3SquaresVT Conference

Support policy advocacy to improve access and reduce hunger statewide

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Enjoys both detailed policy work and community engagement

Is curious, collaborative, and motivated to drive social change

Brings strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills

Position Title: 3SquaresVT Specialist
Supervisor: Director of Policy & Advocacy
Supervisees: N/A
Standard Hours: Hybrid, Full Time, 35 hours per week; in-state travel, some early mornings, evenings and weekends
Salary: $52,275-56,375 DOE
