VBCC Virtual Working Session: Impact Gap Analysis

REGISTER HERE

Join the Vermont B Corp Collective and our facilitators from Impact Growth Partners for this hands-on working session focused on impact gap analysis.

In this session, we’ll guide you through the key steps for certifying under B Lab’s new standards, focusing on:

  • How to conduct a gap analysis between your current business practices and B Lab’s new standards, using B Lab’s platform

  • How to identify high-impact improvement opportunities in your business

  • Identifying and collecting supporting data and documentation

  • How to assign clear roles, responsibilities, and timelines for closing gaps—so progress doesn’t get stuck

You will engage in a hands-on exercise to identify gaps across a core set of universally applicable standards, define what’s needed to address them, and assign clear roles and accountability for closing those gaps.

Whether you’re preparing for your first certification or re-certifying under the new standards, this session offers both education and tools you can apply to improve your impact in real time!
