Two Half-Day Quality Seminars: Food Safey Risk Management & Corrective Action the 8D Way

Workshop 1: 8:30 - Noon ($69.00)
This workshop will include a brief history of HACCP, discussing the importance of quality personnel within the food safety team as well as comparing HACCP plans and Food Safety Plans. Participants will learn about prerequisite programs/preventative measures as well as work on developing a flow diagram, hazard analysis and putting together a summary sheet for identified critical control points.

Workshop 2: 1:00 - 4:30pm ($69.00)
Improving root cause analysys and corrective action using the 8D methodology. RCA tools and templates will be provided. Common areas of ineffective XAPA will be explored and solutions provided. Examples will be presented.
