No Country for Mothers Film Screening - Montpelier

Vermont Womenpreneurs, The Greenway Institute, and OGGI BE are co-hosting a screening of No Country for Mothers at The Greenway Institute campus in Montpelier on Wednesday, October 28, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

No Country for Mothers explores the culture wars surrounding American motherhood and why both the "girl boss" and "trad wife" labels ultimately distract us from the real issue: the lack of support for American families.

Following activist Reshma Saujani, the film charts a growing national movement to reunite moms across divisions and win the kind of historic support families actually need.

Moms First is a 501(c)3 organization. Moms First is a movement fighting for paid leave and affordable, accessible child care. We educate, innovate, and advocate for the social and political policies that moms need and deserve. Our vision is a country that values motherhood and works in support of moms and families.

We are hosting the viewing, and there will be time afterward for connection and collaboration.
