As Executive Director of EMERGE Connecticut, I led a nonprofit social enterprise focused on workforce development, reentry, and economic mobility, growing the organization from $750K to $2.8M, building the data systems to prove our impact, and staying accountable to the community we served every step of the way.

That experience shapes everything about how I work with organizations today.

Through Ide Strategies, I partner with nonprofits, social enterprises, and mission-driven organizations to:

? Design impact measurement systems, KPI frameworks, and Results-Based Accountability approaches that funders trust and teams actually use
? Build organizational capacity through executive coaching, staff development, and systems that outlast the engagement
? Navigate community engagement and multi-stakeholder processes across power differences and sector divides

I bring practitioner credibility, data fluency, and deep human skills to every engagement. I've managed $2.8M in public and private funding, led an 18-month organizational succession process, trained staff in trauma-informed facilitation, and built cross-sector partnerships that created real economic opportunity for real people.

I'm also open to senior leadership opportunities - Director, VP, or Chief-level roles with organizations working at the intersection of economic mobility, workforce development, and community resilience.
