Sarah O’Brien Hammond is the Founder of The NoW, which includes both a leadership development and executive coaching practice and The Network of Women — a global community dedicated to connecting, supporting, and elevating women through meaningful conversation, coaching, and community. Sarah is dedicated to helping leaders grow with confidence, authenticity, and impact. Through her coaching practice, she supports individuals and organizations in strengthening leadership capacity, navigating growth, and creating healthier, more effective workplace cultures. She is also the Founder of The Rise, a 12-month cohort-based coaching experience for local VT women leaders designed to provide a confidential, supportive space for growth, connection, and courageous leadership development.
Sarah’s work centers on creating safe, inclusive spaces where leaders can reflect, learn, and step more fully into their potential — benefiting themselves, their teams, and the organizations they serve.
