Center for Behavioral Health Integration

The Center for Behavioral Health Integration, LLC (C4BHI) formed in 2008 and is a woman-owned, small business based in Vermont. C4BHI's mission is to build healthy communities, one program at a time, through consultation, training, and evaluation. We work with organizations and programs to secure grants, implement evidence based-services, and provide evaluation services to determine needs and whether programs are effective. While we provide services predominantly for healthcare and behavioral healthcare entities, we have also served educational and other types of organizations. There are seven staff in total (5.5 FTEs), including the two owners and five staff, as well as a number of subcontractors with whom we partner when additional capacity or expertise are needed.
