Warp & Woof

Warp & Woof was founded by Mickey Wiles, a mission-driven leader who spent nearly a decade as Founder, CEO, and CFO of Working Fields — a values-led staffing agency dedicated to creating opportunities for people overcoming barriers to employment.

Drawing on decades of financial leadership across multiple industries, Mickey saw a need: socially responsible businesses often have strong missions but lack access to high-level financial strategy without hiring a full-time CFO. Warp & Woof exists to fill that gap — delivering expert guidance tailored to your growth stage, your industry, and your commitment to making a difference.
