Inner Citadel Consulting specializes in emotional intelligence development, team behavioral performance dynamics, and organizational mindfulness. For organizations and teams, I offer human-centered learning & development programs, group coaching, and facilitated dialogue (trained in inter-group, nonviolent communication, and convergent facilitation methods). I also offer leadership and executive coaching, focused on EI, mindfulness, and transformational leadership. I'm a certified executive coach through the global Center for Executive Coaching, hold the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation, am a certified Genos International EI practitioner, a U.N. Habitat certified facilitator, and am certified in Profiles International assessments. I collaborate as a SME with the Institute for Organizational Science of Mindfulness, for which I am a certified Facilitator and approaching Teacher credentialing.
