Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility (VBSR) is a statewide, nonprofit business association with a mission to leverage the power of business for positive social and environmental impact. For over 30 years VBSR has championed “business as a force for good” through education, networking, advocacy and thought leadership.

We are Vermont’s network of students, entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, small businesses, largest employers, policymakers, advocates, nonprofit organizations and inspired individuals – collectively working toward a just, thriving and transformative economy that works for all people and the planet.

VBSR Events

Impact Growth Partners is excited to present a session on materiality assessments, featuring Adam Garfunkel from Junxion Strategy, an expert in helping organizations align their values with their business practices.

The Vermont Brewers Association lineup for the Vermont Craft Brewers Conference – November 11-12 – includes a variety of VBSR members including Efficiency Vermont (a program of Champion Member VEIC), Gallagher, Flynn & Company, and Gold Member The Richards Group. From sustainability tips and tricks in the brewhouse to leadership and team building best practices, attendees (brewers or otherwise!) can learn plenty about business approaches from this year’s offerings.
