Committees
Unlocking Collective Wisdom for Change
At VBSR, we believe that together we know a lot. Everyone can be an expert. We honor that a gathered group has wisdom, and the answers are in the room when a Committee meets.
VBSR’s Committees are dedicated to specific areas, aiding the Board in making informed decisions for the benefit of the organization and its members. These groups are pivotal in fostering group problem-solving and presenting diverse, solutions-oriented viewpoints.
To elicit this, we’re curious and respectful with each other. Our Committee members encourage questions instead of assumptions, and enable anyone in the room to lead.
