Vermont Architect Secures CDFI Funding to Build Sustainable Affordable Housing after Pandemic and 2023 Flood: With support from Flexible Capital Fund, L3C, Up End This built five accessory dwelling units (ADUs) which were purchased by the City of Burlington, VT, as part of the community they built for their unsheltered population.
