What is the ESSEX Plan?

VBSR has been proud to work with several members (Ashley Orgain from Seventh Generation, Mark Curran from Black River Produce, Bram Kleppner from Danforth Pewters) and others to unveil the ESSEX plan, a proposal to put a price on carbon pollution in Vermont and advance renewable, clean energy future.
