VBSR Supports The ESSEX Plan

Climate change is a threat to Vermont’s environment and economy. That’s why VBSR believes we need to take bold action to curb emissions and move to a future without fossil fuels. The ESSEX Plan, a proposal to use a rising price on carbon pollution to reduce Vermont’s green electricity rates. The ESSEX Plan was developed in the fall of 2017 by several VBSR members working with advocates for low-income Vermonters.
