
Human Resources Pro Beth Peters (re)joins SunCommon
Stellar Human Resources professional Beth Peters joins SunCommon as Vice President of Happiness Resources (HR to the rest of you out there). Beth brings 30 years of HR management experience – at Green Mountain Power, Vermont Teddy Bear and Vermont Public Radio. She served as SunCommon’s first HR pro as a consultant back in the day, and returns to the fold in this Executive capacity.
“Beth is a seasoned pro who understands our beautiful business’ commitment as a Benefit Corporation and certified BCorp to the triple bottom line of people, planet and profit. It’ll be great to have her supporting our 170 employees as head of Happiness Resources at SunCommon,” said Duane Peterson, co-founder of the clean energy business.

Beth will supervise SunCommon’s amazing HR Team and maintain our people programs while serving on the company’s Executive Team. She’ll design and implement effective programs for our people around organizational development, compensation, talent development, workplace culture and Diversity & Inclusion.
