Growing Vermont Company Accessible Web Welcomes Sales Director Susie Brooks
Accessible Web LLC is pleased to announce the hire of Susie Brooks as Sales Director. In this new role for the company, Susie will support Founder and CEO Peter Jewett to expand the business by identifying key clients and opportunities in the web accessibility space.
Susie recently became a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) through the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), and brings 15 years of professional sales experience in healthcare and architecture related industries. A common thread of her career is bringing particular focus to creating improved client accessibility ranging from the physical environment to healthcare services delivery.
Peter Jewett, Founder/CEO of Accessible Web shares that, “In 2020 our team was focused on building the MVP version of our web accessibility SaaS platform. In 2021, we’re focusing on getting our platform in front of more customers and on building and testing features that help them achieve their web accessibility goals. A key component of improving our product is to identify like-minded clients and get our product into their hands. We’re excited to have Susie on the team to help us build out our sales team and company.“
Prior to joining Accessible Web, Susie was Director of Business Development for White + Burke Real Estate Advisors, Director of External Business Development with Benchmark Senior Living and Clinical Admissions Director for Genesis Healthcare Corporation. In these roles she assisted each of the companies in developing the necessary infrastructure to capture new markets, in highly regulated environments and through newly designed and collaborative avenues.
With firm personal beliefs rooted in serving our greater community, Susie volunteers her time to assist some of our most vulnerable populations as an appointed member of the Vermont State Governor’s Commission on Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders (ADRD) and serves on the Board of Directors for AgeWell, Vermont’s largest Agency on Aging.
