Thanks to all who joined Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility (VBSR) and Black River Innovation Campus (BRIC) for networking, food, drinks, and learning on Thursday, April 20, 2023. Photos of our evening can be found below.
Our Exploring Leading-Edge Technology in Vermont discussion was part of the VBSR People.Planet.Prosperity. Speaker Series, where we come together to learn from experts and innovators in the Vermont business community.
Our hosts at BRIC (a non-profit designed to empower, inspire, and support rural Vermont through technology and entrepreneurship) let us use their amazing space (a reclaimed and repurposed schoolhouse), which (by day) is a business incubator for early stage tech start-ups, a local co-working space, and a destination to collaborate with teachers and students in the region to empower technology exploration.

The drinks and delicious food from The Copper Fox were enjoyed by all as attendees and panelists caught up with colleagues, made new connections, gained new ideas and inspiration, and had fun forwarding VBSR’s mission: to leverage the power of business for positive social and environmental impact.
