Cowbell Mobile Bike Shop Keeps Dunkiel Saunders Rolling

At the end of April, Dunkiel Saunders hosted its first annual bike tune-up day, bringing Todd Chewning of Cowbell Mobile Bike Shop to the office for bicycle tune ups and maintenance for our staff and family members.
Cowbell Mobile Bike Shop is a new local business that provides high quality bicycle repair work and maintenance conveniently at your doorstep. The firm saw a great opportunity to support a new local entrepreneur while also promoting low carbon transport alternatives and encouraging folks in the office to get outside and enjoy the great riding in our area. Todd’s workshop is in a van that he uses to service customers around the Burlington area as well as support local cycling clubs and bike centric events. As the sole proprietor and only employee, Todd is able to get to know his clients and customize his work for their needs on site and in real time.

Attorneys and staff took advantage of the two days Cowbell set up shop at 91 College Street. They not only tuned up their own bikes but brought the extended DS family’s bicycles down to get ready for the summer cycling season. It was still snowing during the days of the tune-up, but Todd persevered during the cold.  Everyone who participated is looking forward to getting out on their bikes and enjoying the roads and trails around Vermont, including the newly improved Burlington bike path just down the hill from the office.

Thank you to Todd and Cowbell for helping Dunkiel Saunders make a difference in our environment and our community, and for getting us ready to roll this summer. See you out there!
