Chroma Technology Continues Expansion

Bellows Falls, Vt. – Chroma Technology Corporation has completed a $4 Million capital program at their expanded facility in Bellows Falls, Vermont.  After a $22M major facility expansion in 2018, the company has continued to make significant equipment purchases to expand capacity as well as support new technical capabilities.  The company has enhanced its substrate cleaning operations, increased optical coating capacity, and made major capacity improvements in its final product configuring operations.  In addition, the company has added  advanced metrology equipment to support development work and the increasing technical demands of its customers.

“We continue to make strategic investments in people and equipment to increase our overall capacity to meet the demands of our customers,” said Janette Bombardier, Chief Technology and Operating Officer, “and we are also investing significantly in metrology equipment to enhance our optical filter offerings and ensure our process materials meet ever increasing requirements.”
