Acorn Energy and CEAC Team Up to Create Climate and Energy Resource Guide

Acorn Renewable Energy Co-op (Acorn Energy) and the Climate Economy Action Center of Addison County (CEAC) are developing an online guide offering free listings to local businesses and organizations doing work related to climate and renewable energy in our region.

The guide will be modeled after the successful Champlain Valley Guide to Food and Farms” and will be entitled “Champlain Valley Climate and Energy Resource Guide.” A digital version of the guide is expected by August, followed by a printed version in the fall.

There will be no charge for being listed in the guide.

The Climate and Energy Resource Guide is intended to highlight the good work going on in these areas and to make that information accessible to consumers and businesses alike.

We will be reaching out in the next few days with a survey to organizations we think should be listed, but we encourage you to initiate contact to make sure you are included.

You may send an email to Susan Smiley at susan.smiley46@gmail.com or call her at 802-388-6601 for more information or to ask to be included.

Completing this brief (three minute) survey will add your business/ organization’s free listing to the Directory portion of the Champlain Valley Climate and Energy Resource Guide.

Acorn Energy Co-op (Acorn) and the  Climate Economy Action Center of Addison County (CEAC) are collaborating in the development of this Guide.

A digital version of the Guide is expected by August 2020, followed by a printed version in the fall. There is no charge for being listed in the Directory.
