Middlebury Natural Foods Co-op is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to lead our wellness team in providing our community with a well-rounded product mix based on wellness trends and customer needs. The Wellness Coordinator will be an amazing resource, experienced in sharing their knowledge of supplements, personal care, body care and vitamins with team members and customers. This position ensures accurate and efficient ordering, pricing, receiving, promotion, and merchandising of products, to meet sales and margin goals. They ensure a smoothly run department providing staff with the tools, training, and support required to ensure the highest level of service to customers and co-workers.

This is a 40 hour, full-time position with benefits including 20% store discount, medical, dental and vision insurance, profit-sharing bonus, 3+ weeks paid time off, 401k retirement plan, parental leave, life insurance, and more. Pay range for this position is $19.25 – $27.45 an hour.
