Ivy Computer is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. We are growing and looking for talented people to grow with us. Our Technical Support Specialists speak directly to the customers using our software. You are the front line, and we appreciate you! You may answer simple questions, or give step by step direction on the details of our product. At Ivy, we take our customer support seriously. We go above and beyond for our customers and our teammates. You will know our customers better than anyone, and they will know you. Dogs are welcome in the office, so bring your best canine friend and dig in.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience providing tech support preferred
- Experience in networking, troubleshooting windows
- HTML/CSS preferred
- Team player with the ability to work independently

Pay starts at $22.50/hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 9am – 5:30pm. Hybrid work schedule: in the office on Monday through Thursday. Fridays are optional for those who would like to work remotely.
