Job Summary:
Serve as the first point of contact and resource within CSS to internal and external constituents. Effectively assist students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and the public, and help foster a positive, inclusive, and accessible environment. Process all Business and Accounting Minor applications; advise, review, evaluate and make recommendations for students. Assist with advancing student success, inclusive excellence, and enrollment management priorities for the school. Respond to and facilitate referrals, requests for services or distribution of resource information. Coordinate and perform administrative, programmatic, and operational functions in support of the Center for Student Success (CSS) at the Grossman School of Business (GSB). Perform office and records management, front-line student support, information dissemination, scheduling, and digital operations. Provide CSS event, project coordination, and data tracking support. Supervise CSS student employees.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with one to four years of related experience. Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Demonstrated multicultural competence and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with college student personnel desirable.
