As the Shared Equity Program Administrator you will help people realize the dream of owning a home through our Community Land Trust model. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to program participants, and help facilitate home purchases from marketing through closing by providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate for this position will have basic knowledge of real estate transactions, a positive attitude, significant self-motivation, exceptional organizational and people skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Some nights and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.
