In this role you will:

• Process payroll for all employees using our in-house software, including maintaining employee payroll data, assisting with time clock & PTO adjustments, and resolving any payroll discrepancies
• Complete quarterly and/or monthly filing for federal & state payroll withholding tax, unemployment tax, sales & use tax, and other minor tax submissions
• Complete annual filing for state income tax for all qualified states
• Reconcile monthly bank statements, general ledger transactions related to payroll & payroll taxes, and accounts receivable posted transactions

We are looking for:

• Someone who can meet deadlines, keep everything organized, and remain current with federal and state payroll and payroll tax laws and regulations.
• An understanding of accounting/bookkeeping, experience with payroll and taxes, and a solid understanding of Excel.
• And, most importantly, you must work and play well with others.

Ivy Computer operates on a hybrid work schedule. Employees are required to work in the office Monday through Thursday. Friday will be optional for those who would like to work remotely.
