The Payment Processing Facilitator is the financial liaison between our company and our customers. You will be in contact with our amazing customers on a daily basis. You will monitor and process electronic payments, work on customer inquiries, set up and change banking information, and troubleshoot payment error issues. This is a full-time position that never gets boring.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- Excellent math and bookkeeping skills
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong problem solver and analytical thinker who works well independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs
- Above all, you must work and play well with others
Pay starts at $20/hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid work schedule. Employees are expected to work in the office on Monday through Thursday. Fridays are optional for those who would like to work remotely.
