Hyperbaric Vermont is a 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to raise awareness of the benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and increase accessibility to this life-changing treatment.

We provide Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy services directly at our treatment facilities in Montpelier and South Burlington, and we’re looking for part time patient care associates for our South Burlington office. This position would be 2-3 weekday afternoons/evenings (days are somewhat flexible). An occasional Saturday morning shift may be necessary.

The ideal applicant is a detail-oriented professional with a positive attitude, is comfortable with assisting medically challenged people, and has the ability to work independently.

They must be physically capable of assisting patients (no medical procedures required), of lifting 35 lbs., have solid communication and organizational skills, as well as computer and office skills.

Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities include: assisting patients in and out of treatment chambers, making chart notes, making appointments, taking payments and other administrative duties as needed.

Training on equipment usage and patient procedures will be provided.
