Are you highly effective in working objectively with a diverse group of people, groups and organizations? The Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) seeks an Outreach Specialist for our Coordinated Entry (CE) program, a multi-agency system of intake, assessment, prioritization, and referral for people experiencing housing crises in Chittenden County. In this role you’ll serve as the liaison to the CE system and other resources in the community for those experiencing homelessness, and work to ensure their timely access to services. This includes working from a variety of locations within Chittenden County and conducting outreach to people who are unsheltered. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position.
